ProWellness UK Ltd. is a fully owned subsidiary of Oy ProWellness Ltd. and a member of the ProWellness Group. The company was established in 2001 following the acquisition of Westman Medical Group, the UK market leader in clinical information systems for chronic diseases management.

 

The company has successfully continued the close collaboration with the long-term customers of Westman Medical Group and established co-operative relationships with several new customers in the UK and Republic of Ireland.

 

In 2006 the NHS Purchasing and Supply Agency (NHS PASA) launched a new four year national framework agreement for telecare products and services. ProWellness is one of the fifteen telecare system suppliers selected by PASA to provide solutions to health care organisations nationally in the UK.
